Yoga Instructor

Courtney

Courtney’s yoga journey began as a way to slow down and find balance, quickly evolving into a lifelong practice. She has explored a variety of styles, finding comfort in slower, gentler practices while also enjoying more dynamic forms, and she is passionate about making yoga accessible to people of all backgrounds and abilities.

She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (RYT200) at LittlebRed Yoga in Lakeville, MA, along with certification in Yin Yoga, and she will continue her studies with a 300-hour training in 2026.

For Courtney, yoga is not just movement but mindfulness and connection—a practice that balances the physical demands of tattooing while fostering compassion, patience, and presence. She is grateful to share this practice and hopes to guide others toward healing and self-discovery.

Joana

Yoga Instructor

Joana’s yoga journey is rooted in a love for balance, healing, and mindful living — a practice that found its way into her life as a natural extension of her creative and spiritual path. Over time, yoga has become her way to return home to herself — grounding the body, calming the mind, and creating space for the nervous system to heal and reset.

She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (RYT200) at Little Red Yoga in Lakeville, MA, with an additional certification in Yin Yoga, and will continue her studies with a 300-hour training in 2026. Drawing from her background as a tattoo artist, Joana weaves breath, movement, and stillness into classes that invite grounding, self-discovery, and transformation.

Her classes welcome all people and all experiences — an open invitation to step into a moment in time carved out just for you, to listen deeply, and to give your body exactly what it needs. Together with her longtime friend and business partner, Courtney, Joana has helped create a community where creativity, wellness, and heart-centered connection come together.

Yin Yoga (Room Temp & Warm Options)

Long holds, deep release, and stillness for body and mind

Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and soften. Postures are held for several minutes to target the connective tissues, release tension, and increase flexibility. Choose a traditional room-temperature class for calm stillness, or try our Warm Yin for an added layer of comfort and deeper release.

Slow Flow (Room Temp & Warm Options)

Gentle, mindful movement with breath-centered flow.

Slow Flow weaves intentional movement with steady breath to create strength, flexibility, and balance without rushing. Each class allows time to explore alignment, deepen awareness, and move at a supportive pace. Available in a room-temperature format or with gentle warmth to enhance mobility and relaxation.

Restorative Yoga

Deep rest, full support, complete release.

Restorative Yoga is a practice of stillness and surrender. Using props for full support, the body is guided into deeply restful postures that encourage the nervous system to relax and energy to renew. Perfect for stress relief, recovery, and balancing a busy lifestyle.

Gentle Flow / Beginners Yoga

Accessible, supportive movement for every body.

A welcoming class designed for beginners and anyone seeking a gentler practice. Gentle Flow focuses on foundational postures, breath awareness, and mindful transitions. This class is ideal for easing into yoga, reconnecting with the body, or building confidence in a supportive space.

Monthly Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath Workshop

A guided journey into deep relaxation and healing sound.

Offered once a month, this special workshop blends the restorative power of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) with the vibrational healing of a sound bath. Students are guided into a deeply relaxed state while immersed in soothing tones that encourage rest, release, and renewal.

Common Questions

  • Tap “Join a Class,” pick your session, and follow the prompts in Acuity. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

  • Adjust or cancel your booking via your confirmation email or by logging into Acuity. Please try to do so at least 12–24 hours before class.

  • A sound bath is a relaxing experience where soothing sounds from instruments like crystal bowls and gongs help calm the mind, release tension, and support overall wellness.

  • Use the scheduling link or contact us directly. We’ll work with you to create a personalized session for your group.
