Class Offerings

Yin

Slow, intentional floor-based postures held for longer periods of time. Yin targets connective tissue and invites stillness, breath awareness, and gentle sensation (not pain).

A slow, meditative practice centered around long-held, floor-based postures that gently target the body’s connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments, and joints. By staying in each posture for several minutes, students are invited to slow down, observe sensation with curiosity, and connect with the breath. Yin encourages stillness, mobility, and nervous system regulation, offering a quiet space to soften tension and cultivate deeper awareness of the body.

Hatha

A steady, breath-led practice focused on foundational alignment and mindful movement. Strength without rushing.

A steady, breath-led practice that focuses on foundational postures, mindful alignment, and intentional movement. Hatha classes move at a deliberate pace, allowing time to explore each pose with clarity while building strength, balance, and stability. Emphasizing connection between breath and movement, this practice supports both beginners and experienced students seeking a grounded, thoughtful approach to yoga.

Balanced (Hybrid)

A blend of mindful strength and softer floor work— effort followed by ease.

Balanced is our signature practice that blends the mindful strength of Hatha with the slower, more introspective qualities of Yin. Classes often weave together gentle movement with longer-held floor postures, creating a rhythm of effort followed by ease. This balanced approach supports strength, mobility, and relaxation while encouraging students to move with awareness and settle into moments of stillness.

Restorative

Fully supported postures designed to calm the nervous system and encourage deep rest.

A deeply calming practice designed to support the body and nervous system through complete rest. Postures are fully supported with props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, allowing the body to release effort and settle comfortably for several minutes at a time. With slow breathing and gentle awareness, Restorative yoga encourages profound relaxation, helping to reduce stress and restore a sense of ease and balance.

Monthly Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath Workshop

A guided journey into deep relaxation and healing sound.

Offered once a month, this special workshop blends the restorative power of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) with the vibrational healing of a sound bath. Students are guided into a deeply relaxed state while immersed in soothing tones that encourage rest, release, and renewal.
